Evan Geistfeld had a goal. Despite living with a disability that created battles for him and recently being diagnosed with FND, Evan wanted to share his story with the whole world. He hopes one day to see his story in the hands of everyone that is struggling with similar battles, as well as getting his story on a media platform like Netflix, so that people can see what he had to go through to be here today. Evan lives in Florida with his wife and family. Evan and Aimee both have their own YouTube Channel together where after book ends, people can continue to follow their journey. Their channel is called The Geistfeld's.

About the Author

Evan was born with cerebral palsy and grew up with many medical diagnoses plaguing him on a constant basis. Despite these difficulties, he has chosen to live life with a never ending push of perseverance.

Evan Geistfeld has been trying to advocate for those in the school systems, by preventing any type of bullying and sharing God's word. His life goal is to get this story to as many readers as possible, and maybe having his story transferred to the big screen. Evan is a husband, Youtuber, author, special olympic athlete, living life to the fullest kind of guy. His passion is to encourage those with disabilities by writing and sharing not only his story, but other stories in the future. He was diagnosed with mild spastic cerebral palsy at birth. He prays that his story can be an inspiration for individuals with disabilities as well as for those dealing with their own form of demons.

Evan currently lives in Florida with his wife, mother, father, sister, mother in law, father in law, two brother in laws, nephew, and niece.

Wow, what a surprise this was. I got to know Evan from encounters here and there, living in Citrus County. I spoke with him many times in the grocery store where I work, and he always has a smile on his face. Never knew he had a book out there that showed a dark side of his past. He just wants other people to smile and if they do, he will as well. Very down to Earth and great individual if you ever meet him. Had a friend who had cerebral palsy as well as FND. Wish she had the chance to read it.

You never know who you're going to come across on social media. Having never met this individual, I have seen him pop up in the newspaper in our area and neighborhood paper all the time. His name is all over Citrus County if you type his name in Google, you will find what I found. Just saw him on a TikTok video promoting his book, decided to order a copy, and so far really good story. Never knew he would have created a book if it wasn't for being on TikTok. Congratulations Evan and great job!

You would never guess by looking at him, that he is disabled. Looks like a normal guy, and then somedays he's wheelchair bound. Met him a couple of occasions in person in our neighborhood and he apparently suffers from a whole range of diagnoses. His most recent one is something called FND, where his whole body shuts off and cannot use his muscles. He is constantly fighting a battle from within, but this book really dives down into the story he had to live to be here now. Really recommend it!

Met Evan in a coffee shop while his wife was getting her nails done. He asked if he could sit with me since the tables were full at the time. I of course said yes, and we had small talk, then it turned into him talking about his life. I told him he should write a book about it, and he showed me on his phone that he just released one a couple days ago. He said lots of people asked him to write his story, and so released it. This is a really good read after picking up a copy, and recommend it.

Found Evan and his Wife on Youtube. "The Geistfelds" These two have a love for each other that after reading Evan's story, continues to grow as you follow them on their channel. If not published, one would never see what he had to go through to be here today, and you would never guess by looking at him. Very interesting read and definitely would recommend picking up a paperback for yourself.
