John Barry Kotch was Foreign Policy Coordinator for the Jimmy Carter Presidential campaign and later served as a special assistant and consultant in the State Department. He also served as Korea Coordinator for Americans Overseas for Kerry. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Columbia University.
