Steve Volk have worked and instructed over 1000 students in the Basics of Ice carving, starting at Elmendorf AFB Alaska&Mitchel AFB NY in the early 50’s. Later in in the early 60’s at West Valley&Canada Colleges. In the 80’s At Pacific Coast College Sacramento and the best of all, Bakers Handcraft Training.
