About the Author

This registered nurse has practiced in her field for over thirty years. She had the privilege of participating in a very diverse and exciting nursing practice both in and out of the hospital setting. During her practice, she has accompanied patients to various countries, which gave her the opportunity to visit places that she would not ordinarily see. Her voice is that of experience, both as a nurse and as a patient. She has a keen interest in alternative medicine, especially in the areas of herbal and natural remedies, which she has studied and used for the better part of her life. Her stress, however, is always on preventative lifestyle practices.
