About the Author

Carl started working in Marketing before the Millenium when marketing practices were limited to the ability of personalising an envelope using a word processor.

In the early years he worked extensively within hospitality and early CRM systems forging ground breaking uses for new technology and adapting them to create efficient marketing tools. In later years Corrigan was General Manager of one of the first restaurants to use data collection at the heart of its Marketing operations to great effect. Carl pioneered a marketing led strategy for one of the worlds largest specialist printers showing significant ROI before applying the same principles to the fashion industry and subsequently to IT, software sales, recruitment, training, marketing agencies and energy consultants across the globe.

His skills have evolved Marketing departments to become serious business partners making evidenced based decisions with teams of highly qualified analysts to support new business endeavours, new territory and product expansions. As CRM’s expand to capture more metadata about customers, behavioural marketing, segmenting and personalisation takes on a refreshed lease of life.

Significant charitable interests saw him working in impoverished areas of Africa before travelling the world advising on social media use, web presence, email marketing, employer branding and digital marketing reporting. A truly multinational operator in a connected world.

An experienced Trainer, Strategist, Manager, Director and C Suite leader, Carl offers a rare mix of left brain data analysis, processes, accountancy qualifications, Lean Six Sigma and PRINCE2 methodologies with solid straight talking commercial sense with right brained emotional connectivity, leadership and talent improvement at every level.

Interim projects included extensive “due diligence” acquisition research work, corporate intelligence gathering and covert profiling activity for leading organisations and people.

Carl made his home in the South of the UK and continues to refine his skills in marketing automation and next generation technologies every day.
