When I started making wine, there was not a lot of people to ask how to do it. Some batches were good and some not so good. I set out on a quest to figure out how to make a good batch of wine which led me to taking some basic winemaking courses and volunteering in a couple of wineries. This book covers those experiences from beginner winemaking to intermediate and then advanced. When I wrote the book I portrayed my dog Chopper as the Master Winemaker and wrote a story about how he discovered winemaking and why he likes to make it. So this book is a good beginner winemaking book with a fun story attached to it that can guide anyone into a good winemaking process.
