About the Author
Scott Bullock was born in 1967 and grew up in rural South Carolina. As a child, he spent much of his time writing stories and then illustrating them with his own drawings. As a young adult, he moved to Chicago to study art, where he developed a fascination for the play of rich colors, tight detail, and hidden meaning of art. Now living in New Orleans, he playfully creates his art mostly through experimentation. Rather than having a preconceived notion of his creations, he takes an idea, nurtures it as he creates, and allows it to grow until the meaning of the work finds its way out.
