In 1995 Randi published the Norwegian edition of The Art of Leading Yourself:Tap the Power of Your Emotional Intelligence. It became a bestseller in Scandinavia and made her a sought-after speaker. In June 2000, Leadership International hosted a senior leadership conference with Dr. John Mayer, the originator of the first scientific definition of Emotional Intelligence. In 2002, The Art of Leading Yourself won the Business Book of the Year Award from Foreword Magazine. Randi offers results-oriented consultations to executives and corporations in all industries.
