Overview

People are asking me why I wrote the book "The Art of L.E.A.D.E.R.ship! - Put Me In The Game Coach!" I wrote this book for every talented individual that was denied the opportunity to shine! I wrote this book to enable the next generations of Leaders to be inclined to get it right and Lead by Example! To be significant in life you have to do what is right...Put me in the game Coach! is a battle cry that many employees scream internally and out-loud in organizations across this world. Unfortunately, this cry is often ignored or purposely shunned... I can tell you from experience, when employees possess untapped talent that management refuses to acknowledge, develop, or utilize... those individuals will either lose hope and become disengaged or leave that company. Either way, the enterprise is devalued, and competitors gain market-share. This book is designed to be read in 1 hour and readers age 13 to 111 will find the information to be inspirational and relevant.
