The American Test was designed to set the standard for educating and testing citizens and their government personnel on the Declaration of Independence (DOI) and U.S. Constitution.
The American Test Declaration Constitution is a coursebook that contains: full-text copies of both the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution; writing exercises and explanations covering the Preamble, the "Sword and the Purse," and the Constitution's relation to the DOI; and a glossary of constitutional terms to help with the study. Many of the commentaries and definitions in this book were extracted from The Law of Nations, congressional speech transcripts, Black's Law Dictionary, The Federalist Papers, and other trustworthy sources. In addition, there are hundreds of text recognition exercises on almost every ratified word in the DOI and Constitution (all original articles and amendments). The text recognition exercise covers all 300 of the questions from the American Test exam books and more. The content delivers positive and engaging learning challenges and prime information on the nation's central documents. After a full study of this black coursebook, many everyday citizens will gain familiarity with the Constitution and DOI beyond that of many political scientists, lawyers, and historians.
