About the Author

In 2007, in southern Oregon, a heating and ac repairman came up with the idea for a product that would convert most cans into resealable bottles. A year later, another person began to acquire rights to the product, and I was the attorney who helped draft the initial contracts. Along the way, I got rights for licensed caps and secured a huge military contract. I quit my practice of law to join my client on a fun adventure of taking this new product to the market, until a hostile takeover in the summer of 2009.
