About the Author

Larry Parker II holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in addiction counseling and is currently a doctoral candidate in strategic leadership at Liberty University. His professional experience includes mental health case management, health and wellness community education, and career counseling. More recently he has served as a counselor in the Higher Education Opportunity Program at Keuka College and is now the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Title IX Coordinator at Elmira College.
