About the Author

A. Blanco is the author of the Akahoshi Sci-fi Book Club original English light novel series. He grew up in New York, where he graduated from Design and Drafting Technologies. Worked in different manufacturing and bio-technical companies in Florida as a Mechanical Engineering Designer. An amateur illustrator, artist, and professional photographer.

As a dare, he began writing a script for a manga book, which soon evolved into this series. Now encompassing five books. The first two were published in 2022, and the remaining three will be published sometime in 2023. Book six is in draft form, and seven and eight are in the planning stage.

The author is an avid reader of science fiction, especially the classics, and an otaku of Japanese movies, light novels, manga, and anime.

He lives on a beautiful tropical island with his family and four cats.
