The love for children and deep appreciation for education compelled Lois L. Williams' aspiration to become a teacher. She has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, the Soviet Union, Australia, New Zealand, and the Americas. The love of traveling and her desire to share her travel experiences with children inspired Lois to write this book in hopes that children will become excited about the many treasures awaiting them while traveling through the Americas.
