born 1945 in Pasadena CA - raised in Lake Arrowhead CA. Drafted into the Army in 1966, commissioned in 1967, served for 23 years, active duty and reserves. Retired as a Lt. Col. . Have an undergradutate degree in business from University of San Francisco and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Worked for United States Lines for bit more than a decade and Flying Tiger Lines for about the same.
