Overview

Author and yoga practitioner Ann Fitzmaurice took inspiration from the creator of the Mother Sequence, Jehangir Palkhivala, when he told her, "The Mother Sequence is intended to heal, strengthen, and spread peace -- in the practitioner and his or her surroundings."

With his blessing and the encouragement of many in the yoga community, this collection of essays and beautiful illustrations has come to fruition. The 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Inspiration for a Lifetime of Good Health is timeless in application and encourages individuals not only to devote time to themselves and their yoga practice, but to spread their well-being further.
