Overview

This is a personal account, in photos and words, of the 1980 Winter Olympic Games in Lake Placid, New York. In addition to the Opening Ceremonies, I was fortunate to have personally witnessed the United States' Gold Medal Hockey Game and two of Eric Heiden's five Gold Medals in speed skating. The photos and PhotoArt were taken by me and I have included a personal interview with one of the United States' Olympic Hockey Players: John Harrington.
