Overview

The worlds of fantasy are out there. You just have to be lucky, or unlucky, enough to be brought there.
Dexter is one of those people, taken from his homeworld and pulled across an incomprehensible plane to a
world of fantasy and magic. Unbeknownst to him, this world has more in store than its mere existence.
Creatures of fantasy dominate this world and maintain a familiarly alien society and he has already gotten
their attention. Fleeing from them with his newfound companion, Amelia, Dexter swiftly learns the lengths
these peoples of fantasy are willing to go to maintain the status quo. It is only through intellect and
resourcefulness that the two are able to escape and explore this strange yet familiar world.

Unfortunately, those peoples of fantasy are not the only ones that occupy this world and territory is
everything to the people that do. To escape from one land is to enter into another's and interference is a
death sentence in their world. Grim and shady characters stalk this new land and scoop up any that are
unprepared for the tribe they find themselves in. Only through tremendous value and swiftness of wit are
Dexter and Amelia able to avoid a most horrible fate. However, even if such a feat is managed, that does not
guarantee the people of this land will take kindly to them; and the land adjacent does not take kindly to
stolen property.

Explore this world with Dexter as he and his companion Amelia discover the hidden power of this place
and learn to harness it for their own, bringing much needed to change to the world at large. However,
traditions are not easily broken and often necessary if one wishes to properly interact with society. In times
of old, this was done through shows of force and power, requiring skill and strength to pull off and they have
just the method to test both. Their training is grueling but Dextercan't help but admit that he's excited to
learn the ways of the sword.
