My name is Lura Rogers Southard. I am a twenty-seven-year-old mother and wife. I was born in a small town called Wichita Falls, Texas, and have stayed here since. I have two amazing boys Lukas, six, and Travis is five. I have a beautiful little girl, Raye-Jean, three. Michael Southard (my husband) and I have been married for seven years. I met him in a strange way and fell in love with him. The one thing that I want you to know about me is that I had to learn how to read all over again in the sixth grade. I graduated high school in the top 15 percent of my class. It is never too late to follow your dream and never give up. I ended up getting an associate degree from a junior college in Texas.
