Texas Rebel
Yance Cummings dreamed of a better life on the Staked Plains of West Texas. The dream died with his beloved wife in a brutal Comanche raid. With nothing left but bitter memories and a need for vengeance, his trail first leads him into a murderous clash with the Comanche. Left with no home and no future, he follows his friend Mose Hartly across the country to enlist in the Army of Northern Virginia under Robert E. Lee.

Gripping and compelling, this novel follows the major battles of the Civil War and the effects the war had on both the soldiers who served and the civilians caught in the path of the great conflict.
