About the Author

Stephen Sloan is Professor of Political Science at the University of Oklahoma. He has pioneered the development of simulations of terrorist incidents to assist domestic and foreign law-enforcement departments, as well as the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. Sean K. Anderson is Associate Professor of Political Science at Idaho State University.
