About the Author

William Keeley is a local computer expert and consultant with clients in five Florida counties. William has worked with computers since the age of twelve. He is a graduate of Chipola College as well as the U.S. Navy's Nuclear Field "A" School. He is also a volunteer instructor at the Autism Education Center in Lynn Haven, Florida where he teaches students with Asperger's syndrome about computers and information technology.

William has thirty one years of experience in programming, installing, and repairing not only computers but also telephone systems and other electronic devices. William is also a huge proponent of the free software movement and uses primarily free software in his home and while working with clients and students. William takes his many years of practical experience and shares them with the world in his book, "Tech Tactics Money Saving Secrets." He also has two other works in progress.
