Mary Jo Fresch, Ph.D is currently an associate professor of Teacher Education in the School of Teaching and Learning at The Ohio State University. She taught third grade and adult literacy as well as children's literature and literacy courses in teacher education programs in Ohio, Nebraska, and Melbourne, Australia. She received her Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. She resides in Dublin, Ohio, with her family.
