It’s a stressful world—even for children. Yoga can help, and this fun, hands-on guide shows parents and other caregivers how to give kids the tools to relieve anxiety, gain focus, cultivate mindfulness, and feel healthier. Filled with step-by-step illustrations and instructions, Teach Your Child Yoga features practices that focus on improving posture, allergies, sleep, digestion, and more, as well as games that foster teamwork and communication. There’s even a special sequence to counter the effects of sitting in front of a computer or tablet.
