Have you ever wanted to host a tea but were looking for a different way than a traditional afternoon tea? Although everyone loves an afternoon tea with savories, scones and desserts and never-ending tea, sometimes it's nice to try something different. This book will give the reader and tea time enthusiast some new and fresh ideas to utilize. Whether you are entertaining just a few people in your own home, or hosting an event for many, I am sharing my ideas with the reader to try something unique and fun.
Inside you will find a mix of recipes, history, themes, décor ideas and photographs of the tea experiences I have hosted in my community. I have branched out from the traditional afternoon tea with the 3-tiered serving dish and pot of tea on the table and created an "experience" for people to enjoy the tastes of themed foods, some history and enjoy observing while I demonstrate how to make the different recipes.
