CHAPTER 1
American Indian Parliament
First it needs to be established that there needs to be equal but differing powers of women members and male members of this Parliament. This is in line with the Lakota Sioux Indian (from South Dakota and North Dakota) philosophy that men and women are equal but that they need to occupy and work in two differing parts and aspects of the world (by parts it does not mean physical locations but ideas, such as how the men and women are involved in the society they live in, who is responsible for child rearing and how are they responsible for child rearing, what occupations the men and women of the Earth have, etc.). Second the women and men in this Parliament should be in exactly the same number.
This Congress and Senate will be funded only through VOLUNTARY contributions from Indians and mestizos from South and North America and from friends of Indians and the Indian cause from around the world. It is important that the money be scanned for presence of black magic from the giver or givers, by intuitive Indians and psychics, before it is used by the Parliament. It is easy to remove this black magic just with prayers with faith: one prayer with faith should be enough for each contaminated donation.
In this Parliament, there should be a strong power given to the women members of this Parliament to take out of power those male politicians in this same Parliament whom they deem to be no longer fit for the office they occupy. Only males should be the direct political leaders of the American Indians of this Parliament, though the women members of the Parliament will have just as important a role to play as will the male members.
One important thing that this Parliament should not do extensively every year it holds session is to continuously pass legislation and get involved in the legal sphere and in the legal side of the lives of the Indians for whom this Parliament applies which are the constituents of the politicians working in this Parliament. These constituents are the general population of Indians and mestizos and metis (Canadian Indians of mixed-race heritage), which will be the voting public electing officials to this Parliament. Of course, this Parliament should have legal power over its constituents. That is very important, and that cements the effectiveness of this Parliament and the unity of the constituents of the Parliament.
Here it is important to note that there may be conflicts between the laws the Indian Parliament passes and the laws of the countries the constituents of this Parliament reside in. To prevent that from becoming a problem, the constituents of this Parliament, including mestizos and metis, should ask for sovereign zones for themselves. With prayers directed to God that are done with full faith, and which are prayers the praying people are ready to be fully realized, this process will go much easier and smoother than without these prayers. These sovereignty zones will be similar to the sovereignty zones of the Indians in the United States, only the sovereignty they will give will be stronger, and the zones will expand over time as more mestizos, metis and Indians are ready to join the movement and these zones.
In addition this Parliament should be truly useful to the Indians that it works for, with the full intention that the Indians' benefit from this Parliament should be transferred to the rest of the world as much as possible, as soon as possible. The Parliament should not isolate its investigations, interest, potential and actual help, etc., to only South and North American Indians and mestizos, although they should by far be its top priority. This Parliament should in fact have committees that are geared only to working outside these Indian communities and with and for these other people of the rest of the world.
There will be preset salaries for the different members of this Parliament, and any excess money will be given back to the people in some form or another, which the people giving these donations will have agreed on. The return of the money to the people through projects, direct payment, and investment in enterprises or activities beneficial to these people, will be done so that it will be in proportion to the amount and geographic and ethnic origin of these donations, though not all of these parameters need to be adhered to in totality or in complete correspondence to the return of this money, but they do need to be followed in spirit. Where there is a conflict of whether the payment should be returned to a few individuals who have made a large donation or to the general ethnic group and city/state of these few people (if they are living in the same city and state and are of the same ethnic group) then the money should be flowed back to the majority or all of the ethnic group, city and state this money originally came from rather than just to the few individuals. This means that people who are giving donations to this Parliament who are not Indians and live outside the North American and South American continents should also have money flowed back into their communities, cities, ethnic group, etc., according to the delineations described above. However the Indian Parliament should usually strongly encourage the majority or all of the members of the ethnic and racial groups represented in the Parliament to be the main providers of these donations.
The fact that many millions (for all of the following geographic regions included together) of Native Americans and mestizos who are now, or will be soon, willing to consider themselves Native American or belonging to the Native American fold, the fact that so many of these people live in South America and Mexico and Central America means that the constituents from these locations will be able to give great power to the ideas and strength of this Parliament and will dominate it, at least in its beginning years.
This Congress/Parliament should have groups of representatives form prayer committees and energy transfer committees which will pray for the good of the Native Americans within the communities represented by this American Indian Parliament. These constituents and members of the groups and regions represented by this Parliament should be the primary and initial focus and target of the positive energy transfer and work by members of this Parliament and of the prayers of the members of this Parliament. Of course specific energy transfers and prayers should be made for specific communities, regions and states within the North American and South American Indian communities. However the members of these prayer committees should never forget to pray for humanity as a whole, as part of their official work, and all of these prayers should be carefully made in the sense that the prayers that are to be done are only those prayers that the people who will pray them are truly ready to have come about, and that they are ready to believe that they will come about when prayed for, and that they think should come about. These prayers should always be done only with full faith.
The seat of the Native American Parliament should be in Santa Fe, New Mexico, or in Guadalajara, Mexico, or in Edmonton, Canada, not in any other locations. However the best location of all these locations is Santa Fe, New Mexico.
The Native Americans in this Parliament should have a special intelligence committee which monitors through intuition, clairvoyance, and so on, the progress of the good people who are represented by the Parliament and the activities, progress, and danger posed by the evil people who are represented by this Parliament. This intelligence committee should also use group collective meditation, as well as individual meditation to attain information on these matters. Also, all of these methods should be used to monitor the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA, as well as the extremist Zionist organizations around the world, not to mention many of the fraternities, sororities and all of the negative freemason organizations around the world.
Some of the foreign governments and their security agencies and branches which are malignant and dictatorial should also be monitored if time permits, such as the Chinese government, Putin's people, Cuba, Iran, as well as the jihadist Muslim governments and major organizations. All of the findings regarding these groups of people should be shared with all of the Parliament as well as with the world to the extent it is reasonable, wise, safe, and practical.
The members of this committee and the entire Pan-Indian Parliament should be aware that detailed, fervent, extensive, and disgusting efforts, with no holds barred and no morals shown, will be made by the evil side to discredit, slander, imprison the members of this Pan Indian Parliament, and generally create a negative opinion about this Parliament (all of this could be made entirely on the basis of lies) in the eyes of the world and especially in the eyes of the people represented by this Parliament. Mind-control machines, black magic, paid lying provocateurs, and false newspaper and establishment-owned media stories and reports will all be harnessed and used against the members of the committees of the Parliament and against the local and statewide politician representatives of these people in the South and North American continent.
Also the members of this Parliament should be aware that negative aliens (which collude with the corrupt and evil establishment living on the Earth) as well as the establishment itself, will try to do as much harm, including driving to insanity, physical torture, emotional torture, murder, and other such idiocies to the members of the Parliament and to their most fervent and famous and successful supporters among the general public, whatever race these supporters may be. However, most importantly, the White Brotherhood, the angels, all the Gods, (including the Highest God, called Rod by the Pagan Slavs and T-honkashila by the Lakota), the fairy people of our Earth, and many billions of good intelligent aliens (such as the Pleiadeans) and the most advanced and strong reasoning beings of the Inner Earth, as well as the gnomes and the good intelligent humanoids that reside within many cities within the crust of the Earth—all will support this Parliament as it is being created, once it is created and while it operates well, and on the side of God. These good beings will help this Parliament with their energies, with their great protection of it, with their advice to it, and so on.
This intelligence committee should make sure it has prayed for and has faith that it will receive very strong or full protection by God and other good beings from the invisible world from the attacks on the members of the committee that will inevitably be massively attempted by those FBI, CIA, and NSA agents who are on the side of evil, as well as by extremist Zionists in the form of energy, black magic, machines that allow thoughts to be placed in the heads of people through these machines, as well as through other means used to demoralize, pervert and pollute and destroy the inner peace, good thoughts, good feelings, mental and energetic safety, and general emotional and mental well-being of the members of the committee.
Each member of the committee should have faith not only that his or her prayers will be answered completely according to God's will, regarding that individual, but that all of the individuals on that committee will be protected according to their faith and prayers. It is best if close to full, but not full protection is sought by the members of this committee, prayed for with faith, and be completely believed that it will be realized according to the manner asked for it in prayer and outside of prayer, by the people who are praying for it who are members of that committee. The rest of the Parliament should also pray for almost full protection for it by God, from the evil forces, and from the stupid good people who do the will of evil many times, because they do not know better.
This is a great law of God that at least in most cases, but I believe in all cases, if the little evil is not allowed to come and exist, then the big evil will definitely come and exist. So it is best to leave some small room for bad interference and harassment against the Indian Parliament and the members of the Intelligence Committee from the side of the evil forces. This room will be left through the prayers done by, and faith and belief in the extent of the protection that the members of the Intelligence Committee and Indian Parliament will have. If this small evil of the small harassment of the members of the Indian Parliament is not allowed to come about, and the members of the Parliament are fully protected by God and the good side, a large evil will come to our planet, such as strong successful attacks being done spiritually, mentally and physically on a large part of the good people of our planet, especially the constituents of this Indian Parliament.
The public sympathetic to and believing in the goals, methods, and philosophy of this Indian Parliament needs to have full confidence that the members of this Indian Parliament will deal very well with this minor problem, that it will be at most a minor problem, and that they will deal with it on time. But most importantly these good and strong beliefs should be held fully and with full confidence and certainty by the very members of the Indian Parliament. Of course it is important that these protections be sought by and be believed with full certainty that they will come about, by and regarding absolutely all of the members of the local and regional branches within South and North America of this Indian Parliament.
There should be a special committee set aside for fostering and encouraging communication with the fairy people, with the good beings within cities in the crust of the Earth, and within the large Inner Earth. These fairy people have been believed in by all or almost all fourth-world/ traditional and aboriginal populations and groups throughout the world for thousands of years (to say the least). In the Middle Ages of Europe, the folktales of the people abounded with these tales of fairy people, with tales of their magic, miracles, rewards and punishments to humans. Through these Middle-Age tales much was learned about the rules that these good creatures (called by the Irish "the good people" ) abided by and wanted humans to abide by.
Today the term "fairy tales" is used in part as a derogatory term, and is meant to discuss fiction tales and fantasy tales. That is a sad testament to the arrogance of the modern Western world and our belief that we are greater than the spiritual world around us which makes contact with us. While at least half of all religious westerners not only do not believe the fairy tales were real and based on reality, but they also believe God is locked up in the Bible, and that whatever they experience through dreams, intuitions, visions, imaginations, spiritual experiences, etc., that does not conform to the Bible, but is in contradiction to it, or is not clearly supported enough by the Bible, then it is untrustworthy. And if in contradiction with the Bible then it must be from the evil side and from demons or Satan and should be ignored and cast aside.
It should be the other way around; intuition, dreams, meditation and spiritual experiences should teach us what we should believe from the Bible, the Koran and the Hindu Gitas, etc. This kind of a wrong headed attitude towards the spiritual world and towards reality, which was just described, generates stupidity and is the road to a painful and dark future for the populations that long adhere to it, and it blocks the essential contact that all nations, ethnic groups and tribes should have with the fairy people, who are very wise, stand between angels and humans, and are a great asset to good and honest people. And in addition, this wrong attitude will have a very deleterious effect on the correct interaction, feelings towards, thoughts towards, and attitude towards the great and advanced (and very good) intelligent beings from the large Inner Earth, from other planets, as well as towards our interaction and learning from God, the lower Gods, and the Angels. That kind of a wrong headed attitude is in itself satanic and evil. After all, aren't Christians motivated to believe the holiness of the Bible because of a deep inner urge and/ or their intuition? Shouldn't that good deep inner urge, "gut feeling", intuition, be allowed to further guide them on what is wrong in the Bible and on how to learn spiritually beyond the Bible and how to grow spiritually and listen to God spiritually, outside what the Bible has provided and taught us?
