Akbar Tamboli PE, FASCE (New York City) is senior vice president and principal at Thornton-Tomasetti structural engineers, one of the foremost structural engineering firms. He was formerly vice president and project manager with Cantor Seinuk consulting engineers in New York, where he was responsible for several major projects.
