About the Author

William Council is the Chief Operating Officer at Struggcon, Inc. He has a B.A. in English from Columbia University and is a Desert Storm Marine Corps Veteran. On his 24th birthday, William accepted Christ as his personal savior on a downtown Brooklyn park bench. Far from perfect, William continues the fight to die to self that those around him may better see Christ in his life.

A life long fan of comics, William interned at Marvel Comics under the tutelage of Editor Gregory Wright. Both a Writer and Graphic Artist since 1992, William began servicing individuals, local churches and organizations under the company name: New Vision Enterprises.

Besides Computer Consultations, William also taught basic business skills and successfully found funding for Not for Profit organizations. He is currently the President of Zephaniah Comics.
