About the Author

For over 25 years since college, David Felts has worked professionally in investment banking and
private equity. He has lived in New York, Chicago, and then Atlanta. He has had an opportunity to work side by side with many successful business owners and executives.
While certainly an “average golfer,” David has had the opportunity to play many great golf courses
he never thought he would. And while certainly an “average Christian,” David has benefited from the insights and encouragement of many strong Christians . . . in business, church, other ministries and most especially through his involvement in the Souly Business men’s retreat ministry.
David is convinced that God is on the move during this present time. Especially with men—business men in particular—he sees the huge impact on businesses, employees, and families as more and more men see faith and work as pieces of the same whole, versus completely separate parts of life.
David grew up in Nashville, Tennessee and his education includes Montgomery Bell Academy; McIntire School of Commerce, The University of Virginia; and The J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Jill, where they have raised two daughters.
