    Paula Spencer Scott is a health and family-life specialist: self care, babycare, eldercare. Active in caregiver education, she's the author of Surviving Alzheimer's: Practical Tips and Soul-Saving Wisdom for Caregivers, Momfidence, and Like Mother, Like Daughter: A Discovery Journal for the Two of Us (written with her daughter, Page).


    Scott has been a columnist for Woman's Day, a contributing editor of Caring.com, WebMD, Parenting, and BabyTalk, and a fellow of the Gerontological Society of America journalists-in-aging program.
