Rodney R. Jones is a practicing attorney in Medocino, California.

Gerald F. Uelmen is a professor at the University of Santa Clara Law School. Jones and Uelmen have edited a companion volume, Supreme Folly, also available in Norton paperback.

Epithets and names are included, as well as poetic (rhyming) justice. An appended table of cases allows the reader to locate the origin of the quotations.
