About the Author

Rev. J. Laurence Taaffe is an ordained Druid and an auto mechanic/heavy equipment mechanic... and yes, the irony is noted here as he loves everything in nature. Rev. Laurence has written and illustrated many books; some science fiction books, drawn hundreds of drawings, a few paintings, thousands of poems and other related short stories, a book of memories of his one true love, and many many books on the occult. Among all of his writings, drawings, and poetry Rev. Laurence always has at least twenty irons in the fire at all times, such as getting his church up off the ground, and functioning as a mainstream religious experience for Nature's practitioners. Incarcerated (2013-2023) in Nevada for murder, writing helped him pass the time and brightened many other people's lives, both inside and outside the confines of the prison walls. Most of these pieces are as he lovingly refers to as the style of "juxtaposium", quite literally a juxtaposition of several things that you wouldn't normally see together. He believes that it gives his work that extra kick, that most people seem to enjoy. The only reason that his books even exist today is because of all of the positive feedback that he has received for them. Rev. Laurence hopes that his collection of writings will open your mind to the brighter possibilities available in your own life, or that life has to offer you in general.
