Tina Clarin (nee Trebilcock) is originally from Minnesota and currently lives in Arizona with her husband, son, and 2 dog. She is a mother of four and grandmother of two. She has earned three Master’s degrees in the fields of Education, Psychology, and Innovative Leadership. She is currently completing her Doctor of Philosophy in General Psychology: Cognition and Instruction. Ms. Clarin is the Owner and Director of an Early Education Learning Center and is also adjunct faculty for two local universities. Ms. Clarin’s personal and professional experiences with children and adults with trauma, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, Bi-Polar, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and other mental health concerns has given her a unique perspective on parenting, self-care, and finding resources to help people effectively and positively navigate their situation and have successful lives.

Sherri Jost lives in Wentzville, MO with her two daughters and two dogs. She is currently working on her Ph.D. in Health Administration and is writing her dissertation in mental health. Her personal experiences, education, and life events have brought her to this point in her life. She believes her story can help change lives for the better, and support people who are challenged with trauma, abuse, and PTSD, while also providing valuable resources and testimonies.
