Overview

In this book I propose a "Customer-Focused" view of the structure of an organization and its internal human and computer systems.

If we want to create an efficient Customer-Focused organization structured on satisfying the needs of our customers then our task is to not follow the existing structures and designs of the past but to question them.

We must rethink the way that we put the typical organization together. In other words we must question the old/existing designs that were put in place because of some historical reason (I believe in the business world it was industrial-age reasons). This questioning applies to the way we design both the technical and managerial structures of an organization.

So this book focuses on how we can create a Strategic Plan to align our organization's structure with our customer's needs to create an efficient, unbeatable business.
It also addresses basic Project Management issues.
