Overview

This book is a detailed story of all my experiences, good and bad, and at same time, it is a detailed description of the struggles of getting to the USA. Read through this book, keeping in mind that there is no illegality when an individual tries to improve for the better for him and his family and hurt no one. Yes, perhaps crossing the border to the USA is illegal, but is trying to succeed illegal? Some day, the USA and Mexico address illegal immigration which is the most complex issue between the two countries and one that might never be fair or work at all. We need a major overhaul reform on immigration laws in the USA. A quick fix solution will not work, the immigration issues we have will still be there for decades. This book is more of an example that doing things right (and right doesn’t mean legal), and staying in school pays off. I hope that migrant students or perhaps any student in middle school, high school and even college learns that nothing beats going to school and getting a degree.
