About the Author

Jordan Jefferson was born in Birmingham, AL on March 23, 1990. Most of his formative years were spent in Chapel Hill, NC where he attended elementary and middle school. When he was 15 years old, his mom, brother and himself moved to Colfax, NC. He attended and graduated from Guilford Day School, a small private school. Upon graduation, he entered Winston-Salem State University, a historically black institution in Winston-Salem where all of his family have attended. He graduated with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and currently employed in his mother’s orthodontic practice where he have a variety of responsibilities including sterilizing the instruments, filing receipts and invoices, as well as running errands. He played football and basketball in high school, was introduced to tennis and golf, as well as piano. He currently now enjoys reading and watching movies with a special interest in Ninja Warrior type movies and literature. He enjoys writing and hopes that there will be an audience for his type of literature. He also enjoys traveling and have most recently visited Honolulu, Hawaii, San Francisco, California, Las Vegas, Nevada and Windsor, Canada. He have been fortunate enough to have been on an Alaskan cruise and taken a helicopter to the top of a glacier and ridden a sleigh pulled by the sleigh dogs. He have also visited several Caribbean countries, including Jamaica, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Barbados, and the Bahamas. People find him very likeable and quite a team player. He enjoys all cultures and hope to one day live and experience a much more diverse environment.
