To satisfy a seemingly insatiable appetite for adventure and learning, Nelson's travels have included accompanying his mother to her homeland (the Philippines), living and studying abroad in Nicaragua, Venezuela and Spain, as well as leading trips to Honduras and exploring the Yucatan.
