About the Author

Sarah Jensen was born in 1971 in South London. With a creative mind always seeking excitement and discovery, Sarah left the UK in 1997 and spent her young adult life travelling and working as a nanny & governess around Europe, eventually running her own private staffing agency in Switzerland. After having her daughter in 2009 and finally returning to England in 2012, Sarah decided that she would like to focus on her true loves in life. She sold her business and took some time out to 'breathe and grow'!

"I love nothing more than to learn and create" says Sarah "I see my work as a cycle, a lovely, natural flow...what comes in then also goes out...I have a spark of an idea, I learn, learn, learn and then I create something out of that...a book, a workshop, a program...with the byproduct being that I too have those new life skills!"
