About the Author

Sandra Harris is a professor at Lamar University in Texas. She has served as a leader in public and private schools for over 40 years and has published or co-published 25 books on educational leadership.

Julia Ballenger is a professor at TAMU – Commerce. She has been a public school educator for more than 40 years in Texas and has published over 75 articles. She presents frequently on educational leadership.

Jason Mixon is thedirector of the Center for Doctoral Studies in Educational Leadership at Lamar University in Texas and has served as a leader in public schools in Texas for over 20 years. He is a frequent presenter on global leadership strategies for K-12 leaders.
