Overview

The Culture/Trojan line of Spicy pulps began in 1934 with Spicy-Detective Stories. It's
popularity spawned four more "Spicy" titles, including Spicy Western Stories, SPICY-MYSTERY
and SPICY-ADVENTURE STORIES. One of the publishers connected to the Culture/Trojan
group was none other than eventual cofounder of D.C. Comics, Harry Donenfeld.
COLLECTED HERE ARE THREE ISSUES OF SPICY-MYSTERY STORIES. They are from volume
three, #3, volume five, #3 and volume six #1.
Decent scans of the Spicy Pulps are not easy to find. If you have access to some and are
willing to share, please let me know.
