Gary Rybold is director of forensics at Irvine Valley College in Irvine, California. He has also been teaching debate for many years at Xi’an International Studies University, one of the oldest language schools in China. Professor Rybold’s expertise lies in policy and parliamentary debate, limited preparation, and platforms speeches.
