Because the illustrations are so cute in Spark Plug An Endearing Dog Story and in the 2n edition also, and because I love the arts, I thought these books would make great coloring book pages for the children to
color while their people read to them. When I was little, I would do my best coloring, for my intention was to give them as gifts for special occasions. I gave them to family, friends, teachers, milkman, mailman, veterinarian and anyone else who came to the farm that I was raised on by my Grandparents. I was very blessed also with having Spark Plug as my friend, protecter, and loving companion. Spark Plug loved life! He was so full of spark my brother and I thought he had plugged his tail into the electric socket in the house. He sparked into action instantly with no hesitation. He seemed to know what needed to be done. Hopefully I captured that love and contentment he had for his family and farm in my coloring book. Like Spark Plug I believe his coloring book also will be endearing to all.

Sheri Palmer was born and raised on her Grandparents big dairy farm in a tiny town called Birdsall, located along the Black River in the Allegheny National Forest in upstate New York.
She graduated from college in Redding Ridge, Connecticut and began her writing career.
