As a girl Sophie helped her mum, Caroline, an iconic food writer, test her recipes. As well as continuing to create fantastic new recipes, Sophie works in magazines and publishing as an entertainment editor, works in fashion with her brother Jasper and has designed a range of cookware for Portmeirion.
