Overview

Why do we care what others think? Sonny was a little guitar who loved playing the blues, until his friends gave their opinions. Confused, he starts on a musical journey. Find out what Sonny discovered and whose voice he finally listened to. If you like vibrant illustrations and a story told with lyrical poetry, you'll love Sonny. The illustrator's love for music comes through in his bold illustrations which were done with a computer mouse. Husband/wife team Michael and Anne Peterson combine their talents to create this delightful book. A ricochet story that aims at children but hits the hearts of grown-ups as well. Michael Peterson himself loves the blues and was the lead guitarist for the band, The Dirty Wurds, in 1965-68.
