Michael Tavon is a novelist, poet, and recording artist. He is devoted to helping his generation cope with sadness and find inner peace through his writing. His poetry mainly focuses on the stages of young adult life from depression, finding love, nature, and social issues. Tavon sets himself apart from most modern poets with his thought-provoking prose and subject matter about the human race. His style of writing is reminiscent of Langston Hughes and Nikki Giovanni while maintaining a modern appeal. His vision is to help his peers see that there is always room for growth as you have hope.
