So says the prophecy about the oath King Oleg made two hundred years earlier in an effort to save his kingdom. Sadly, the coup divided Eldar into Six Territories ruled by an Elector rather than a king. Now, Elector Javan wants the title King Forever. With help from First Minister Dolus, they hunt down followers of the True King - be it man or beast.

For Nollen, owner of a remote trading post, the struggle is personal. Family and friends depend upon him for survival. So does a stranger, who arrives at Far Point knowing more about Nollen than just his occupation.

The stranger's arrival propels Nollen to undertake his most perilous covert mission - discover the Six Treasures for the True King. The mission brings more dealy consequences than he can comprehend.
