Overview

After an abusive, drug-addicted mother's weight exceeds four hundred pounds, her autistic son is forced to become her caregiver. At the same time her son grows increasingly cynical as his symptoms improve, and he soon starts to question if her bad habits could have contributed to his disability.

About the Author

Bryan Asbury was born and raised in Pueblo, CO and has spent most of his adult life there. Growing up, he was heavily inspired by Stephen King as well as "Tales From the Crypt" and "The Twilight Zone." He is a regular contributor for "Chilling Tales For Dark Nights" and has had many of his stories adapted into podcast productions and aired on their network. He has been featured in The Pueblo Chieftain, a local southern Colorado newspaper, as well as local bookstores and libraries. He continues to try and expand his portfolio and aspires to eventually adapt his stories into movies or television shows.
