So You Want to be a Billet Parent
So You Want to be a Billet Parent (How to Succeed Without Losing Your Mind) is the must-have guide for anyone considering providing housing to Junior A Hockey Players. The author is an experienced billet parent, educator and life coach and brings her blend of her professional and personal experiences to bear as she explains how to succeed in this endeavor.

Junior A Hockey in the United States relies on a network of people who are willing to house their players so that they can afford to pursue their hockey dreams while chasing their hopes for a NCAA scholarship offer. However, little to no direct support in the form of a how-to book has existed in the past when people sought direction. This book not only solves that problem, it will do so in a way that makes your life easier.

Mrs. Stidham's experiences are directly translatable to all billeting situations for a variety of sports. Future editions will encompass essays and insights from both the players themselves and the parents who send them on the road, hoping that their athlete-children are safe and protected.
