About the Author

A seasoned educator and innovative leader, Dr. Kelley Gonzales has dedicated three decades of service in the
field of education. Her journey in both K-12 and higher education has left an indelible mark on
students, faculty, staff, and administrators.

Her passion for writing and a commitment to advancing leadership in education led Dr. Gonzales to pursue a
position in school administration, which ultimately led to a position as an Associate Vice President for
Technology in higher education. Along the way, she discovered a significant number of teachers
