About the Author

Tim grew up enjoying sports, working out, and healthy living. As he matured, he began to experience some ailments common to many middle-aged people, including obstructive sleep apnea. The feelings of confinement and claustrophobia from the CPAP mask caused him to locate and refine medically-proven natural OSA techniques.
